Village Hotel Chester St David'S, Ewloe

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which offered a spacious and clean room with friendly staff making the experience worthwhile. The food quality was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast choices. However, my room was quite dark due to the decor, and I did feel a bit chilly as there was no heating. Overall, it's a great place for those looking to stay close to Chester and enjoy some good amenities.

The hotel had a fantastic location that made it easy to explore North Wales. The staff were welcoming and provided a nice touch with children's packs for the little ones. However, I was disappointed with the state of the rooms, which desperately need renovation and maintenance, especially the bathrooms.
